He is an engaging speaker who challenges the audience to renewing how they think about business and relationships and offers simple application strategies to apply on the journey of change.

He draws on over 20 years coaching experience, 20 years experience in management and leadership as a member of the Australian Defence Force and a further 20 years in executive, operational and support functions as a senior executive manager within both the public, private and not for profit sectors. He currently owns and manages 3businesses.

He is a Co-Author in “The Change #7” and the author of “Observations from the quarterdeck, the Grand Adventure of Business”, which will be available in 2022.
