He draws on over 20 years coaching experience, 20 years experience in management and leadership as a member of the Australian Defence Force and a further 20 years in executive, operational and support functions as a senior executive manager within both the public, private and not for profit sectors. He currently owns and manages 3businesses.

He is a Co-Author in “The Change #7” and the author of “Observations from the quarterdeck, the Grand Adventure of Business”, which will be available in 2022.
